The rooms were quite small and felt cramped, which made it difficult to move around freely. The breakfast provided consisted only of bread with jam, which was not very satisfying or varied.

The volunteer staff sometimes neglected the needs of guests, creating a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Their disruptive behavior in the dorms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and it was evident that there was no clear person in charge of the establishment.

I stayed at Akicafe Inn for 3 nights while exploring the city. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the station and close to a tram stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great restaurant recommendations. One highlight was meeting Maruko, the adorable surprise visitor in the afternoon. The capsule hostel had a luxury mattress, a clean and stylish design, and excellent shower facilities. I appreciated the amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a fan to keep me cool at night. a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had an really good experience at the Akicafe Inn. The cleanliness and amenities was great. The luxury mattress in our capsule was a welcome surprise, and the hot shower was excellent. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the small showers and the occasional smell of cigarette smoke, our overall stay was positive. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cute. Best aspects of my xmas stay: the convenience of the location was unbeatable. It was just a stone's throw away from the train station and the tram stop was right next to the hotel. This made it incredibly easy to explore Hiroshima city and visit all the attractions. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during a tricky situation. Their assistance made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.
